Every estate sale starts with a free, no-obligation consultation. This meeting allows you to meet the Fine Fellows, ask questions, and get a feel for how the process works. We'll also walk through the property to assess the items to be sold. Our goal is simple: to sell every item in your home for the best possible price.
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll prepare a detailed contract outlining the scope of the sale, responsibilities on both sides, and key details such as pricing strategy, staging, marketing, and preparation. You'll also decide which items to include in the sale, and ensure that utilities remain connected during the process.
We ask for access to the home at least one week before the sale. Jack, Keith, and their experienced team will take care of organizing, cleaning, pricing, and professionally staging every item to attract buyers and maximize value.
Marketing is key. We advertise your sale on EstateSales.net and across our social media channels, featuring attractive photos and descriptions of key items to draw in serious shoppers. On the day of the sale, directional signs will guide buyers right to your doorstep.
Most estate sales run for two to three days, depending on your needs. We make shopping easy by accepting both cash and credit cards. Items are full price on day one, with discounts applied on subsequent days to help ensure everything finds a new home.
We work on commission and retain only a small percentage of the total sales. The majority goes directly to you. Proceeds are typically paid within two days of the sale’s conclusion.
We can coordinate with local charities to donate any unsold items. The home is left broom-swept, and if needed, we can arrange for removal or disposal of remaining unwanted items.
